Paton E6013 ANO 36 ELITE Rutile welding electrode Ø2.5mm

$16.74 $30.13
Features Paton E6013 ANO 36 ELITE Rutile Welding Electrode Ø2.5mm For unalloyed steel Suitable for general use The 6013 is a clad welding electrode for general steel structures Can be welded in all positions Also suitable for vertical and downward positions. These PATON ANO 36 elite welding electrodes are designed for manual arc welding. The covered electrodes can be used for welding carbon steel structures with carbon content up to 0.25%. According to National Standard 1050- (05kp, 08kp, 08ps, 10pc, 10, 15kp, 15ps, 20kp 20ps, 20) on a short or medium arc in all spatial positions except vertical from top to bottom for PATON ANO 36 electrodes with a diameter of 5 mm. The electrodes should be stored in a dry room at a temperature of not less than 15°С and a relative humidity of not more than 80%, if the moisture content in the coating exceeds 0.9% of the electrode, and annealed at 110 ± 10° C for 30 minutes before welding. They are not sensitive to the quality of prepared edges, availability of galvanic coatings, rust and other surface contaminants. PATON ANO 36 elite welding electrodes are characterised by light ignition and re-ignition, stable arc burning, low loss of metal by sputtering, proportional seam of coating, good formation of seam metal, light separability of solidified slag. It allows very low current welding. The manufacturer guarantees that the electrodes meet the requirements of normative documentation. For this it is essential that the conditions of transport, storage and use are observed by the user. The electrodes contain no harmful substances in the coating. Metal-coated electrode - Cover type - rutile-cellulose. Advantages Using the latest formulas designed together with the specialists of E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; High mechanical properties of the weld ; Good slag separation ; Comfortable welding process-easy primary and secondary striking, stable arc formation ; Increased welder health safety by reducing harmful emissions ; High degree of interaction with metals ; High performance; A wide range allows you to choose the most suitable electrodes for a specific task.
