The flap disc has a diameter of 125 mm and an inner diameter of 22.23 mm. The flat Eggenberg zirconium flap disc has been specially developed for stainless steel applications. The grain of the flap disc consists of Zirconium, which is a mixture of aluminium oxide and zirconium oxide. This mixture has a particularly high corrosion-resistant property and gives the abrasive effect to the flap disc. The Flap Disc is ideally suited for sanding away welds and fine finishing workpieces by choosing from the various grit coarsenesses. The TOP-line flap disc is available in 125 mm in grits P40, P60 and P80. The abrasive performance of the flap disc has increased, making it very competitive against all well-known European brands.
